Replacement Capacitor for 1/2 & 3/4hp Vertex® Brookwood™ Aeration System Compressors, 115 and 230 volts.
Capacitors provide the extra electrical power required to start the compressor. Capacitors can corrode or leak preventing the compressor from starting, which results in motor damage and/or failure.
Capacitors work for both 1/2 & 3/4hp compressors. Voltage is specific.
