Refund policy

Refunds are available ONLY for returned, unopened and undamaged products. If a product is deemed to be damaged by The Pond Shop/Still Pond Farm, Inc. no refund will be issued and the item will be sent back to the Customer. If products are deemed suitable for refund or return, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed to the cost of the product and Shipping Fees will NOT be refunded by any means for any circumstance.
